你这个问题是现在大多数人所经历的问题。

给你提点见意:自己制个时间表,手机看到9点半,睡前喝点牛奶有助睡眠,不要想些不高兴的事。这样慢慢来3天后会有很大的成效,还是要养成自律的习惯。
