  不可以，所谓不定式的复合结构，是指 for sb to do sth 的形式例： Please find some work for the children to do. (孩子们做工作) The book is too difficult for me to read, (我读不懂) 但不定式与疑问词搭配可作介词宾语：例句：The professor gave some advice on how to learn a foreign language.They are talking about how to do the work. He is worrying about where to go.

  应该是可以的。eg .I'm not curious about what to carry out about your plans.当然也得具体情况具体分析。这些语法知识毕竟都是活的。
