  e 是系动词,表示“是”,或者帮助构成现在（过去）进行时和被动语态

  do 是助动词,在问句或否定句中用来帮助构成对实意动词的提问或否定

  如：He is from China →He is not from China → Is he from China?

  ===He comes from China→ He doesn’t come from China→ Does he come from China?

  主语为第三人称单数用is does 主语为第一人称单数用am 主语为第二人称[they]用are

  is用于我，他，她，它，are用于复数

  主语是you用are

  是he，she或it用is

  （是I用am）

  很简单，

  当主语是单数时候用IS，比如：he is so handsome！（他真帅！)主语是他，单数。

  但主语是复数的时候用are,比如：They are so handsome!(他们真帅！)主语是他们。复数。

  同样，主语是第三人称单数：HE SHE IT，用does,比如：he does some new clothes.(他作了一些新衣服。)主语是他。是单数。
